I feel you. I have burned out a few times. I have changed my career and built it up again while constantly learning and growing.

It was my own need to get on top of those efficiency tools, time and mood management hacks that I want to share with you.

I know they work because they helped me to get where I am now – teaching at a university, consulting businesses and training up their team to negotiate better, having a family and kids, writing, and still enjoying every minute of it. I know when to take breaks, to have my “me-time”, and I do it without any hesitation or guilt.

Coz I want more than just a career – I want a fulfilled life. And I want the same for you!
