Step 1

Mood is the basis for everything

Build simple mood boosters into your morning routines, e.g. having a cup of coffee outside or reading for 10mins.

Step 2

Figure Out Your Painpoints

Figuring out what you don't want and what's stressing you out is a giant step forward to tweaking your routines. What is it you want least? What most?

Step 3

Plan but play

What if 1 of the 3 things you MUST do today (and every day) would be the thing you want MOST? You have 5mins - what can you do towards your goal TODAY?

Step 4

Rinse & repeat

With new routines you have to do them day in and day out before you start seeing results in about 3 weeks. Put a reminder in your calendar for mood boosters and/or your dream goal. Yes, a repeat one. Try this for a week, see how it goes.
