Employers and businesses always want efficiency. Always. You’ve probably tried time-management group courses, time-tracking apps, etc, etc. Sometimes, the cause for low productivity is inefficient communication, other times inability to think through the client’s perspective that docs hours (and euros) off optimum or peak performance and the bottom line. From the employee side, not all of us are self-motivators and money might not always be the top motivator, but good relations with team-mates, interesting stuff to do and a good mood generated by and at the workplace just might be. Those are the most difficult (but not impossible) ones to manage for productivity. Assessment and consultation on what to tweak for businesses and an individual coaching approach for employees to self-manage are both an option.
I’m currently seeking a partner to test out the individual self-management approach (with app-based video lessons) to enhance the efficiency of an entire team – in case anyone is interested.
